RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

When you choose Flowergirldressforless.com, we are confident you will love your purchase. However, we understand that things happen, and if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide you with a fast and friendly return or exchange. If you decide to exchange or return your item, please consider the following:

  • You have 30 days to return or exchange your item.
  • We offer a free e-mailed prepaid USPS label for the exchange of eligible dress (valid only in the U.S. for the lower 48).
  • No restocking fees will be applied to your return or exchange unless returns consist of three or more dresses. A 20% restocking fee will be applied

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS must be paid by Paypal. Our Visa/Mastercard/American Express processor will not accept payments outside of United States due to address verification limitations. We ship all international orders by USPS international parcel service which is a traceable and insurable method that can arrive in most countries within 5-7 business days. In some cases and depending on destination country, buyer may have to pay assessed customs fees. Please note all international orders do not qualify for free returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

Because your satisfaction is our number one priority, we offer a fast exchange policy wherein you can exchange your item for a new size, style or color within 30 days of your purchase. If you would like to learn more about our exchange policy, please contact our customer service department who will happily assist you with a one time courtesy exchange per original order.

Exchange Procedure

To request a Return Authorization (RA) number, please contact us by e-mail within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. You will receive an RA# (Return Authorization number) within 24 hours M-F and if submitted over a weekend, the response will be sent the following business day. Do not ship the package back without a valid RA number. If the request is submitted after 30 days of receiving the order, the request will be denied. *Any unauthorized returns will be considered forfeiture and will NOT be refunded*.

  1. We will pay for the return shipping of eligible dresses for exchange only- see below to determine eligibility of the item(s). You will receive a Prepaid USPS Ground Shipping Label via email to the email address that was given during the placing of the order. This label must be printed out and dropped off at your local USPS Drop Off Location. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method and choose not to use the pre-paid label, our free shipping offer will no longer apply.
  2. As a reminder, the prepaid label is given on the exchange of eligible dresses only. All shipping costs for exchanges are non-refundable.
  3. The exchange dress(es) must be mailed within one week after receiving the Return Authorization number.
  4. Do not hold on to the item(s) that you are returning as we must receive it within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  5. If the prepaid label is used for a refund (not exchange), $12.50 will be deducted for the use of the label.
  6. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping- unless you use the prepaid USPS Shipping Label, in which the value of the package, up to $100, will be refunded if the USPS insurance claim is approved. Please ensure that the return products are secure and the shipping box is in acceptable shape for reshipping.

Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you received from us, please consider our list of refund eligible merchandise. If or when you decide you’d like to receive a refund, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Additionally, any item that is shipped to our warehouse and received by us after 30 days of delivery to you, is not eligible for a refund. However, we do not charge restocking fees which makes the process a bit easier on everyone. If you would like to request a refund, please consider the following guidelines for doing so.

If you qualified for and received free shipping on your original order and your returns now lowers that total to below the free shipping threshold, $10 will be deducted from the total refund amount. This amount is kept to cover our shipping costs. For example, let's assume that your original order subtotal was $90 and your received free shipping during our "Free shipping on all orders over $80" promotion. You return $20 worth of merchandise and that brings your original order total to $70 which would have not qualified for the promotion. In this case, we would deduct $10 from the total refund amount to cover shipping costs.  If you used a coupon/discount and the return lowers your total under the promotion to receive the coupon/discount, the discount will be deducted from the refunded item.  For example- you purchase $135.00 worth of products, and receive 10% off the order and return a $20.00 item off that order, your refund would be the $20.00 item less $13.50 discount that was received.  If you used a coupon that required you to purchase a certain amount and your refunded item is under that, the coupon discount amount would be deducted from the refunded item.    

Our eligibility for Exchanged/Refunded merchandise follows these guidelines:

  1. All of our SALE category items and any item marked as Sale are Final Sale.
  2. Any item in our store that is considered a “Special Order” in its product description is eligible for store credit for up to six months from the purchase date or a refund of 85% of the dress cost.
  3. To receive an exchange or a refund, you must return or exchange your item within 30 days of your purchase. Any return or exchange made within the same order must be shipped back to our warehouse at the buyer’s costs. For exchanges, we will reship the exchanged selection back to the buyer at no cost to them.
  4. In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, all items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition with the original price tags attached. To ensure our customer always receive a quality product, we thoroughly inspect all returns and exchanged merchandise to make sure no smoke odor, food residue, pet hair, picks/runs or other issues are found on the fabric. All Suits and Tuxedos must be sent back to us on their original hangers and returned as a complete set in order to be eligible for return. If your item is returned damaged, stained, or worn a 20% cleaning fee will be assesed.
  5. All Accessories INCLUDING SHOES will NOT be eligible for exchange or refund.
  6. All shipping cost on refunds or returns are non-refundable.
  7. Store Credit will expire within 6 months of issued date

Refusals: In the event that an incorrect address is given to us for shipping or if you refuse the delivery upon receiving it, the original shipping charges in addition to the shipping charges to us will be deducted from the credit amount. All other policies will also apply in the event of a refusal.

Cancellations: When you shop with us using your credit card, your account will be charged automatically in order to obtain approval. Our orders are processed as soon as we receive the approval from your credit card company. Once the process is initiated we consider the order complete. However, should you wish to cancel your order after receiving confirmation from us, you will be charged 15% of the cost of your total purchase to cover credit card processing fees and other charges we incur. In order to avoid being charged the 15% fee, please make sure that you are ready to order and are 100% decided on the item upon entering your credit card information. This will save you time and money as we do not waive these hard costs.

Not only does this protect our company, but more importantly it protects you and your pocket book. We urge all of our customers to thoroughly inspect and read through each of our product descriptions prior to placing an order to ensure that their item meets their expectations.
