Leave it on for about 10 minutes, and rinse it out. Use this trick every time you spend the day outside, and your amazing color will last much longer.

The high amount of protein present in yogurt makes your hair strong and keeps them well moisturized. Being an antibacterial in nature, yogurt will also give relief from scalp itchiness. Simply take half a cup of plain yogurt and put it in a blender to make a paste. Coat your hair with this smooth paste before taking a shower. After applying the yogurt along the length of your hair and scalp, wrap your hair tightly with a piece of cotton cloth or towel and allow it to sit for around half an hour. Finally use lukewarm water and a mild shampoo to wash your hair properly.

Use this mixture while in the shower to exfoliate and rejuvenate your entire body. Rinse thoroughly before getting out of the shower. One main reason avocado oil is so good for your hair is that it has a high monounsaturated fatty acid content which is even higher than extra virgin olive oil. Monounsaturated fats, when applied directly in a hair mask, can moisture, nourish and strengthen hair strands, improving the way they look and protecting them from damage. Mash one ripe avocado and mix it with one egg yolk, add one tablespoon of coconut oil and massage the mixture into your hair and scalp. Leave in for 15-20 minutes, then shampoo and condition. This hair mask with soften dry, brittle damaged hair and will add luster and shine.

For blemishes apply grated potatoes on the blemishes daily and rinse off after 10 minutes. Continue this process for a month to get rid of blemishes.
