Good Afternoon Belinda,

 

I am writing you in regards to your customer service representative, Lyndi W. My customer order number is 305344. I ordered a veil, gloves and necklace for my daughter’s 1st Communion. Unfortunately Flower Girl Dress for Less was out of the necklace and earring set that I ordered. Lyndi attempted to contact me by phone and when she received my voice mail, she followed up with an email. She offered assisting me with another choice for my daughter and also requested the date of the event to make sure I had everything I needed in time. I found a substitution and sent the information to Lyndi. She understood that it was not urgent, but that I did not want to lose the veil. Lyndi quickly placed my new order and sent the items for shipping in a timely manner.

 

Her email communications were courteous and professional. I am a supervisor and have over 15 years experience in the customer service industry. Due to this background, I have a very high standard for customer service and feel that it is very important to recognize a customer service representative when I encounter someone who exceeded my standards. I can not tell you how much I appreciated her communications and timely shipping. If you have an employee recognition program, please recognize Lyndi for delivering best in class customer service. I’m assuming she is out of California. If she was closer, I’d try to recruit her for my company.
