Dress has cute cap sleeve that has stretchy elastic inside the top of the sleeve to help keep in in place or you can bring it up for more of a true short sleeve or bring it down on the shoulder for a more off the shoulder look. (the elastic is wrapped inside the lining of the the dress so there are no scratchies to the shoulder). Dress comes with cute coordinating front belt that can pin off if you desire a more simple look or have your own flowers. Silk tie back that is adhered to the dress in the side seams and draws in to tie in the back for a perfect fit. Dress has zipper back and is fully lined and has extra crinoline that can be scrunched up underneath skirt to make dress skit pouf if so desired.
