I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help. I wanted to write
a great note so you can use it for your feedback page....

With three weeks until my wedding, the vendor I had ordered from
called me to tell me that my dresses weren't coming. I was already stressed
out from planning my wedding, so this was definitely adding another
straw to the camel's back. Luckily, I found Flowergirl Dress For Less.
They absolutely saved the day. The operator, Sandy, I spoke to was very helpful,
friendly and reassuring. The customer service alone is enough to bring
back repeat customers. I received all six of my dresses today and they
are beautiful. The price is so reasonable and the quality of the product
is so high. They came packaged very carefully and neatly....The dresses
don't even need to be pressed! I will certainly recommend you to
anyone I know that ever needs a special dress for a special little girl.

Lindsay was by far the worst disaster that we have encountered to date. As she stated in her feedback, she ordered dresses from one of our online competitors that the order fell through. She called us in a panic looking for 6 all pink dresses in sizes ranging from 4 to 16....not an easy request! We were able to ship them out to her the very next day. She was one of our proudest moments- we were honored to be able to help her- no bride should have to even be close to something like that situation.

I am writing this note to commend your customer service representative, Belinda, for service above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in my 20 yrs of dealing with businesses. I had a problem with my credit card address which Belinda helped me to resolve then the shipment did not leave as originally planned and Belinda called me to explain how she would still get the dress to me on time and she did!!! I could not believe that your company really keeps their word about returning calls the same day. The flower girl looked and felt like a princess all because of your above and beyond customer service representative Belinda. I plan to tell everyone within hearing about your wonderful company. We do understand that you are waiting and no matter what we say, you are still going to be worried about the dress until it is in your hands- be assured that we are looking at everyday and pushing for early release times just like the example above. We keep a close watch on all special cuts.

I just want to say my wedding was this year and my niece was in it with her amazingly adorable dress that I got on your website. I was sooooo nervous that something was going be wrong with the dress whether it was the size or if it was cheaply made. I would never buy something especially for my wedding if i couldn't see it first hand but this site was the only site I could find that had all different styles and colors I was looking for. We are proud of our large expensive boxes that we ship our dresses in. We would not want to receive a wrinkled mess- so why would we ship that way to a client? It amazes that our competitors charge the same money in shipping but cut corners by shipping dresses stuffed into small boxes to save money.

I miss talking to you!! My sister's wedding was May 7th and everything was beautiful, especially my daughter Nseya's flower girl dress! Unfortunately, as soon as she walked into the church and saw everyone looking at her, she fell out and cried and wouldn't walk up the aisle. Then she fell asleep in the first 10 minutes of the reception and slept through the whole thing! Only a select few people ever saw her walking around in her dress. Of those select few, everyone was impressed and said that she looked like a living doll. I told everyone about your website and how accommodating you were to me. I really appreciated your efforts. Christine ordered a dress 5166WSP white dress with soft peach petals and also peach accessories to go with the dress. Upon packing the items, our staff found that the accessories did not match the dress color. Instead of shipping her something we knew that did not work together, we gave her the matching white with a note in the box that said she could return them if she did not like them. We knew that she was in a hurry and would probably not find the accessories locally.
